Academic Writing

Written assignments form an important part of evaluation in many courses. It is normal for all students to find such writing difficult, and the task may seem completely overwhelming to students who have not had previous experience with academic writing. Student Learning Services can help demystify the writing process and help you move towards successful completion of your assignment, whatever your faculty or program.

For personalized help with writing, make an appointment with one of our Learning Specialists or one of our trained peer Writing Assistants. Bring along your assignment and any rough draft(s) or work on the assignment that you may have.
